I like them big, do you?

Chapter 58: What did you do?

Chapter 58: What did you do?

Reylin licked his lips, "You came here knowing the rules. I also have brothers and parents. Should I reserve one item for them? Haha."

The player didn\'t say anything, but his face contorted with ire, "And what do you know about them?! What if they lied to us? You know how nobles treat us, the players! They are wary of us!"

"That\'s right. Let\'s check how keen the noble\'s eyes are," Reylin clasped his hands behind his back and shifted his eyes to the royalty, "How many items have I dropped?"

Reylin\'s straightforward words sparked indignation in the nobles except for the receiver himself.

The royalty didn\'t let anything transpire on his face, and his friendly mask remained, "Should I list it out loud, or do we go through the system?"

"System. I want to take a bath quickly," Reylin made the nobles tremble for the second time.

The system messages popped out before him, and Reylin made a quick comparison through its grace.

It confirmed that the list was accurate, and Reylin turned his eyes to the sulky player, "Oh, I happen to have a few more of those Ant Eyes. It\'s not that unique item, is it?" He also sent those messages to the player.

Once the player saw those items, his eyes left his eye sockets, and he nearly tripped, "Fuck..."

"Have them all, Mr. Royalty. Your list is correct," Reylin made a simple trade, then his pressure landed on the player, "You are the perfect example. A player that luckily dropped an item after the ant\'s body turned into the exp and loot.

Have you killed even one ant alone?

In that mass of players, how did you stand out?"

"..." The player didn\'t reply.

"If Ferocious Bear gives you a pass, others will ask for it too. What did you do to receive the favoritism? What about your friends and the group you\'ve worked with? Anyway, you little dipshit. You listen to the rules so that we can end this competition quickly."

"..."

"Otherwise, I will kill you personally. Do you want to be hunted by me?"

The player shook his head and passed all his loot.

He was the best example, as many other indecisive guild members saw the spectacle. That player\'s trembling and pale body spoke on its own.

The silence from the royalty and nobles also left many questioning Reylin\'s powers and identity.

How many items did he loot? And who could bring a pressure that even the royalty didn\'t dare to chime in?

Crown!

It felt like Reylin had that.

"If there\'s someone who doesn\'t like the hero\'s generosity, you can leave the guild," Reylin laughed, "Just leave your items behind. A guild without rules is not a guild. And not everyone can be the guild leader."

Not too far away from him, Maya had been looking at Reylin deeply.

His last words struck her heart.

That thought had sprouted within her before, and Reylin\'s words made it fully bloom.

She really wondered whether the guild leader\'s role suited her!

Reylin turned around and faced her, "Don\'t buy a phone."

Maya killed Vis, and that shouldn\'t have been an easy feat.

That was why Reylin would buy her a phone as he had promised before. It would also be a good present for her birthday despite them not being that close.

Maya blinked her eyes, then connected the dots.

For years, her peers often pampered her, and relying on others became a little bothersome.

Her nickname was proof of it.

However, it didn\'t feel bad to hear those words from Reylin.

Was it because she had worked for it?

\'Reylin could\'ve turned it into a joke! Phones are expensive... Ah, he can buy a cheap and old one!\' Maya giggled after she realized Reylin\'s ploy.

Reylin didn\'t know any of her thoughts and just said, "I will be going now. A hot bath is what I dream of now." He yawned at the end.

Maya nodded, "Reylin. Do you want to level up tomorrow? Just the two of us! I think I can keep up with your flames and make them even stronger!"

"At most, you will be a little support," Reylin sneered, "Aren\'t you busy with the guild, though?"

Ferocious Bear brought her hand to her chin and held it firmly. As she pondered, her eyes went to the left and to the right.

Just now, Maya realized that her friends and even royalty had left them alone!

She couldn\'t find her good friend, Titiana, the best person to take care of the guild territory and other stuff!

The hero despaired, "Where is everyone?"

"Be careful what you say next time," Reylin yawned for the second time, "Come. Let\'s walk out of this leveling ground."

"Ah, yes!" Maya ran up toward Reylin and moved next to him.

"I had some plans for Lioness, but the three of us can spend some time together. You can learn something from her once we go to your territory tomorrow. Are you prepared to govern the land, though?" Reylin said.

"I didn\'t think that much of it yet..." Maya replied.

Since Reylin proposed a party, she would make an offer and have some fun with others! It would be just him and Lioness, and Maya\'s curiosity grew as it would be the best time to get to know them both better!

She wanted to level up with Reylin, just two of them because others would have slowed them down.

Maybe Steel Melody would be able to keep up, but she wasn\'t on Maya\'s mind beforehand.

Thus, Maya looked forward to tomorrow, "Let\'s meet in the beginner city, okay?"

"Sure. See you tomorrow at school then," Reylin stopped and turned around. He was just about to click the logout button, but Maya whispered.

"I won\'t be at school tomorrow..." Her words were barely audible.

And as Reylin looked at her, he saw her trembling and even looking scared!

That kind of appearance reminded him about that day where some thugs ganged up around her.

Reylin narrowed his eyes, "If someone harasses you, tell me."

"That\'s not it!" Maya shook her head a few times, then logged out on the spot.

Left alone, Reylin\'s eyes rose to the starry sky, "Hero here, a normal girl outside." It was kind of naive of him to think that the hero\'s real-life plight had ended.

Reylin logged out.
