Godlike Player in a Game-Like World

Chapter 198 New Force Rising

The more Sami tried to remember his previous experience with the sword, the more perplexed he became. Even though he knew that Raydon was directing his every move, he was unable to comprehend how this flour sack body could move with such grace.

\'\'Remember your prior experience and continue to train. You can teach this technique to others once you have mastered it. \'\' With this casual remark, Raydon returned to his home.

\'\'Yes, master. Thank you for the training. \'\' While everyone else was still under the influence of the trance, Sami quickly bowed his head and responded.

It dawned on him that what he had just experienced was a technique similar to the shadow assassin technique he had previously learned, and the mere act of realizing this multiplied his astonishment by a factor of one hundred.

\'\'If you have had sufficient rest, you should continue to practice while your body still remembers the moves. \'\' Dan approached Sami and advised him.

\'\'Hey, Karan, do you have a sword? \'\' He then turned to Karan and inquired.

Now that his only and primary weapon, the sword, is in Sami\'s possession, Dan is in need of another sword so that he can continue his training alongside Sami.

\'\'Not exactly a sword, but I do have a long dagger,\'\' Karan said, removing a long knife with a cheap appearance from his dimensional storage.

Because he awakened later than Dan, he was unable to attend many matches, and the only item he found so far was this trash dagger.

\'\'Okay, not bad. Later, we\'ll need to find some cheap weapons,\'\' Dan said, taking the dagger.

Ordinary weapons were useless and easily broken or damaged while item holders were practicing between them, so gray-grade items, also known as trash, were always ideal for practice.

Belicia provided Raydon with the information he required about the item holders, but there was no one to assist them, they were still unaware of the existence of the item market, and they could only earn a limited amount from their participation in matches. Nonetheless, Karan\'s discovery of an item in a match was a remarkable feat.

\'\'Okay, let\'s go back to the training ground. \'\' Dan said as he took Sami by the arm and started pulling on him to get him up off the ground.

He had the urge to continue practicing at this very moment, but he pushed the thought aside out of concern for disturbing Raydon\'s rest.

\'\'What I saw wasn\'t an illusion, was it? \'\' One of the new members of the group muttered absentmindedly.

\'\'At this moment, if I had a sword in my hand, I believe that I would be able to defeat all of the enemies that come my way.\'\' Another young person spoke up while pretending to swing an imaginary sword in his hand and mimicking Sami\'s sword move from just a moment ago.

Not only did Sami benefit from the training, but so did everyone else. Even though everyone who was watching him was a complete novice, they all had the impression that they could wield a sword deftly if someone were to hand one to them right at this very second.

"It only took one finger to turn the third captain into a swordsman and give us insight. I can\'t imagine what would happen if Master used two fingers,\'\' said one of the girls.

\'\'What? \'\'

\'\'What? \'\'

..

.

\'\'What?\'\'

\'\'You filthy-minded fools! \'\' She thought that the men in the group had misunderstood what she had said, so she blushed and ran after Dan and Sami to join the training.

\'\'Huh? Why did she become so angry? \'\' Confusion was evident on the face of one of the men as he asked the question. The realization that Raydon had performed this miracle with just one finger was the real cause of everyone\'s reaction just now.

"Master is truly a godly being," When another girl said it, everybody nodded their heads in unison.

For those around Raydon, the ease with which he could grant them power and even transform them into item holders was evidence of a divine power that only a god could possess.

"Anyway, let\'s follow them, and let\'s keep up with our training. In order for us to be able to serve that mighty being, we need to get stronger. \'\'

Then, with their newly found determination to do a better job of serving God Raydon, the entire group quickly made their way toward the training area.

Raydon\'s actions on this day were nothing more than a way for him to kill time and alleviate his boredom; however, he had no idea that those actions would have significant repercussions for him in the near future.

At the time, nobody was aware of it, but a formidable force was rising in the slums, which would eventually cause the world to plunge into chaos. This new power was an emerging establishment that would disrupt the existing balance of power among the ruling families and organizations.

\'\'I\'m bored. \'\' While he was seated in front of the television, Raydon heaved a sigh and said.

In point of fact, his primary issue was not one of boredom but rather impatience as he awaited the start of his next match. He wished for the time to go by rapidly so that he could test out the new skill set he had developed in the upcoming match. In addition, every hour that went by without him gaining experience points was like an eternity of torment for him.

"I guess that makes me an addict." Raydon let out a chuckle before making the decision to kill time until his next match by eating and sleeping.

After getting a few hours of sleep, Raydon woke up in his immaculate and spacious home and checked the system. He saw that the time until his next match was only a few hours away.

While he waited for the countdown to finish, he ate some fried meat from his dimensional storage to get the necessary amount of nutrients for the day, and then he got ready to take a hot shower after he finished eating.

While turning on the water and removing his clothes for a shower, Raydon said as he inspected his reflection in the mirror.

"Now it\'s like I\'m totally starting to look like a fitness model. \'\'
